Rowy has an outgoing personality — she's funny and a great conversationalist. Warm and charming, Rowy sees the positive in most every situation. She is exceptionally loyal and reliable and dedicated to everything that she takes on. Rowy is a kid-magnet! She is kind, caring and very attentive to children’s needs and very quickly builds trust with them. She is able to meet them on their level so they feel comfortable and special. I know she will adore our child, and he or she will be her number-one priority.
