Our Home:
Perched up high in the Berkeley Hills with views of Tilden Regional Park, our home is our sanctuary. We enjoy many hours of fun and laughter in our cozy place. We have always loved Berkeley and when we moved from our house in San Francisco four years ago, we knew we'd found a special place. Our neighbors look out for us and make our community special and safe. We laugh with each other sometimes, saying that we feel like we live in Pleasantville; everyone is so nice and always interested in our day and in what we're doing. We take frequent walks with our dog with some of our favorite neighbors and their dogs. We are lucky to have found such a special community of support.
Our friends from San Francisco and other local and out-of-town areas love to come and spend time at our house and in the local park with us. They feel as if they've come to a vacation home and that makes us feel so good to share our beautiful home with them. There is a nice lake and beach in the park with plenty of sand to play in for kids (and adults!) and the water is roped off to mark where the lake gets deeper for very safe doggie paddling! Many new young families have moved into our neighborhood and we look forward to spending time with them. We live with amazing cultural diversity in Berkeley and look forward to many years of enjoyment being a part of this great community.
